Europe Tour 2006

About Performance

We held a 2006 European tour from February to March, visiting 10 cities in three countries: Germany, Austria, and France. Performances will be held in famous European music cities such as Frankfurt, Salzburg, Vienna, Berlin, Dresden, and Paris. Each performance venue was almost full. It was welcomed with surprise by discerning local music fans and media in Europe, the home of classical music.

Among them, the Berlin performance held at Berlin’s Philharmonie Saal on March 5th was the best concert of all. When the program ended, the venue erupted in loud applause. After that, the applause continued even after the encore performance, and all the audience stood up. I was able to receive an all-standing ovation, which is the highest honor a musician can receive.

This performance was reported in the major German newspapers “Berliner Morgenpost” and “Tagesspiegel”, and was described as “comparable to any famous orchestra in the world,” making this performance the greatest success in the orchestra’s history.
